Spark plug is a device inserted in the head of an internal-combustion engine cylinder that ignites the fuel mixture by means of an electric spark. If you are using the plug that the manufacturer recommended and it is fouling, you have other mechanical problems that need to be inspected. You need to check carburetion, timing and ignition.
